Character description:
Svetlana’s six feet tall frame is lean and athletic, with subtle curves. She has long limbs, giving her a long reach to utilize to punch you in the face. Her skin is very slightly tanned, due to her constant habit of venturing into the mountains and the poisonous floors of Dreath.

Her face is round and thin, with high cheekbones and a slightly pointed chin. She has a moderately sized mouth with thin and pale pink lips. Svetlana’s eyes are large and intimidating. Her iris is blood red, while the sclera of her eyes is tinted a very weak and pale red. Her pupils remain jet black. These two attributes make her face unnerving for some people to look at, and actually makes her rather persuasive. She has thin, but angry eyebrows that give her a fierce look. Lastly, she has a rather small and thin nose.

Svetlana’s hair is a pure snow white, with a single patch that is blood red that will be described in a moment. Her hair is slightly puffy and is cut short, with the sides reaching down to the middle of her neck and the rear reaching to the top of her shoulders. Her bangs reach down to her cheeks, and they slightly curve to the left. Her hair is very messy, with clumps protruding out here and there. On the top of her head are two large and long protrusions of hair that have the appearance of Zangoose ears. The left one is coloured blood red, while the right one remains a pure white colour.

Svetlana does not wear a proper shirt, as it is constricting and because she honestly does not give a damn. Her breast size is small, especially for someone of her stature. She covers her breasts with red athletic tape wrap, wrapping it around her chest like one would for their arms. There is a blood red zig-zag mark on her stomach, identical to the ones found on the fur of Zangoose. It begins on her right hip, crossed over her belly button, and ends underneath her left breast.

Svetlana’s lower right arm is covered with a thick layer of red fur. The fur extends from her elbow, down to the ends of her hand. Svetlana does not have fingers on her right hand; instead there are two purple claws about five inches in length and about 1.5 inches thick at the base and one smaller red claw in the place of her thumb. This thumb claw is 2 inches in length and 0.5 inches wide at the base. These claws are incredibly sharp, and she occasionally sharpens them by grinding them against a hard surface. Her left arm is a normal human arm. Her starsign is located on her lower right arm, concealed by all the fur. The starsign is white, matching her hair.

Svetlana wears a plain white athletic jacket over her bare upper body. The jacket is thin and flexible, and has red zippers and red seams that contrast with the white fabric. There is a seam running down the underside of each arm, and a seam that runs down each side of the jacket. There are two pockets on the jacket, both at the lower end of the torso of the jacket, and one on each side. The jacket has no hood. Svetlana keeps the jacket unzipped, allowing to flow freely behind her. Svetlana carries six vials of Dreath poison strapped to the inside of her jacket. There are three strapped on each side, and the straps are held tight by Velcro. This method allows Lana to easily pull out a vial, yet keep the vials secure when not needed.

Svetlana wears a pair of baggy white sweatpants. The legs of the pants reach down to her heels, and are very loose against her muscular legs. The pants are tied tight by elastics and a white string inside the waistband of her pants. The knot is tied on the outside of the pants. There is a red stripe running down the outer side of each leg, reaching from the waistband to the ends of the legs. Svetlana also does not have a Zangoose tail. She wears a pair of black and red athletic boots. The soles of the boots are thick and jet black, and show heavy wear. The boots are primarily black, with two red stripes running from the top of the boot down to the toe. They are laced up with red laces.

Personality:
Svetlana is a hot-headed and strong-willed woman. She also has difficulty keeping her emotions in check. Svetlana is very pugnacious. She will commonly pick a fight with others, and unlike some, has the skills to back up her brash words. She has a very short temper, causing her to gain a reputation of being very aggressive. She also can be rather crude, being very blunt and sometimes outright offensive. Svetlana has no shred of feminine grace, much to her chagrin. She speaks like a man, and has stereotypically masculine behaviour. For example, she sits like a man, with legs spread, as opposed to legs crossed. She finds it very difficult to act like a “proper” woman, and she sort of resents that. She especially resents people who, accidentally or otherwise, mistake her for a man. This happens rather commonly, and it pisses her the hell off.

She is very committed and hard-working. She is also very impulsive and will rush into things without thinking. This combination can lead to bad situations for her, but her diligence can usually get her through it. She is also a very fast learner, commonly mimicking the methods of more seasoned professionals. Her incredible athleticism also increases her already fast learning. She can and will work tirelessly until she achieves her goal, regardless of whether it’s long-term or short-term. Sometimes, her diligence can be mistaken for stubbornness, as she will refuse to give up even after failing.

She is highly proficient in karate, having earned an adult black belt at age 17. Svetlana is ruthless and fights without mercy. Her fighting style is very cunning and quick. She finds the opponent’s weak points and targets those points to take down the opponent in as little time as possible.

Speaking of her fighting skills, she has high self-esteem when it comes to her fighting skills and her ability to beat the crap out of you, but has very low self-esteem when it comes to her femininity and appearance. She is actually rather attractive, as her friend says, but she cannot see that herself. She feels shunned and ostracized due to her Zangoose features, and unfortunately, that does commonly occur. She is prone in insensitivity, and can sometimes be insensitive herself. Despite that, she is empathetic and is grateful to those who teach or help her.

Svetlana has a side to her that she only shows to her closest of friends. In the vicinity of her friends, she is boisterous, rambunctious, and excitable. She can be described as the party animal of the group, and is usually the one to come up with stupid things to do.

Bio:
Svetlana was born in the mountain slopes of Cloud, far from Sky District, but a safe distance from the dangerous pools of Dreath. Her father is the owner of a karate dojo located on the mountain slopes. She has two brothers, both of which are older than her. Their names are Anatoly and Vyacheslav, ages 21 and 23, respectively. At birth, her Zangoose marks and her clawed hand were present, causing her to be labeled as a mutant and a freak of nature by other children and parents.

Her mother was extremely loving and cared for her immensely. She held a desire for her to become a beautiful woman, despite her Zangoose features. However, her father held a desire for Svetlana to become a skilled fighter in karate, and had her train and learns at his dojo. Her mother allowed her to learn karate, but she constantly had to remind her father that she was a girl. At age six, her mother passed away, and Svetlana’s entire family was hit incredibly hard. Her mother left Svetlana her wedding ring, which continues to be her most cherished belongings. She continued to train with a vigor that was incredible, primarily as a way to vent her sadness and frustration.

Svetlana attended a school in the Sky District, as she was wealthy enough to do so. During her younger years, she was outcasted and shunned for her Zangoose features, as well as picked on for her boyish behaviour and appearance. During her later years, fellow students looked past those traits and allowed her to gain friends, and she was opened up to a world of sociality, friendships, and high school stupidity. Her desire to become a proper woman still remained however.

The civil war had some effect on Svetlana’s life. During the war, she went into hiding on the mountain slopes of Cloud, where she was not permitted to enter the Sky District. Unfortunately, all her friends lived up in Sky, placing them in danger. The thought that she was unable to help them and keep them safe drove her crazy and she began venturing into the pools of Dreath to escape her problems and whatnot. On the eve of her 16th birthday, during a late night venture into the pools, she carelessly fell into a lake contaminated with a small amount of Dreath. She was able to swim to shore, but not after ingesting a large amount of a water and Dreath mixture. Instead of perishing, she felt like her powers awaken, with power that almost overwhelmed her. With this new power in mind, she continues to train her fighting skills, as well as venture into Dreath to learn more about her powers.

Moves:
Crush Claw – She hardens the claws on her clawed hand, and rakes the opponent with them. It has a very good chance of lowering the opponent’s defenses.
Close Combat – She assaults the opponent with a storm of punches and kicks, completely disregarding her personal safety and defense. Afterwards, her own defenses are impaired.
Shadow Claw – She summons shadowy energy into an aura around her clawed hand, and she rakes the opponent with it. It can easily land critical hits.
Ice Beam – She summons icy energy in her mouth. She then fires it at the opponent in the form of a thin icy beam. This has a small chance of freezing the opponent.

Weapon description:
Svetlana’s weapon is a bunch of vials containing a mixture of 3% Dreath, 96% water, and 1% VX. The vials are a spherical shape, with a small bottleneck opening at the top. The vials are sealed with a cork. The vials are about the size of a baseball and are made of clear glass that will shatter upon any strong impact. Svetlana can carry six of these at any given time.

She uses these vials by throwing them at opponents. If the vial hits an opponent directly, he or she will be coated with the toxic Dreath mixture. If she hits the ground near an opponent, said opponent will end up standing in the poison, causing them to suffer from it as well. The effect of the poison includes the toxic status effect, muscle convulsions, breathing difficulties, and probable death.

Svetlana has a very high resistance to poison and toxic chemicals, most particularly Dreath. Therefore, she is able to use these vials to abuse her ability. She can drink the mixture, which causes her to be poisoned. The poison will activate her ability, Toxic Boost, boosting her attack to monstrous levels. However, this will slowly damage her body, the damage slowly increasing over time. Anything that cures poison will heal her from this damage, but will also remove her attack boost.

She has a habit of going into salons and doing whatever people do in salons to make themselves look prettier. She also keeps this little habit a secret.
