Personality:
Octavia is very quirky and peculiar. She is rather perverted, and commonly implies sexual/romantic relations between her owner and some random person, much to Leila’s chagrin. At the same time, she is also very childish and emits a child-like innocent aura around her, especially when she’s not implying sex between Leila and the mailman. She also has an odd fascination with tails, or anything that undulates for that matter. As a result, she will commonly nibble and play with tails/ears on other guardians, especially Leila’s. She is also rather curious in general, her commonly rushing over to something rather trivial and intensely inspecting it. Her curiosity will commonly get her into trouble however. She rarely takes anything seriously. She will commonly fool around, especially when there’s something that fascinates her nearby. She also has a rather short attention span, which sometimes pisses Leila off. However, when either she or Leila is in mortal danger, her first priority is to grab Leila and get the hell out of there. Octavia is a bit of a coward, with her first priority in any conflict being ‘run away, very far away’.

Pokemon description:
Octavia is a massive specimen, standing at 8’ 4” (254 cm). Her face has two purple beaded compound eyes that show a child-like wonder, and has two yellow horn-like protrusions on the side of her head. The fuzz on her upper body is snow white and very tangled. She has four small legs, which can function as “hands” when the need arises. Octavia’s large leaf-like wings are golden, with black spots dotting the surface. Her center wings have a 12 feet wingspan, while her upper and lower wings have a wingspan on 9 feet. Her wings have a massive surface area, however, which makes up for their lesser length. Her abdomen is pale purple, with a large black stripe running down the center, as well as several black dots dotting the sides.

Octavia’s armour consists of a white Kevlar vest that cover Octavia’s upper body. The armour has four small holes in the front to allow movement for her legs, and is secured by two durable straps that wrap around Octavia’s back. The vest is 2 centimeters thick, which gives a good amount of protection against enemy fire. A Red Cross symbol is embroidered on the chest of the vest, indicating medical services and whatnot. Octavia wears a saddle on her back, positioned between her front and center wings. The saddle is constructed from a heat-resistance fabric, which is ironically black. The saddle is attached to Octavia’s body via the same straps that secure her armour. Directly behind her saddle is a large brown saddle bag, which is about the size of two large frame packs.

Moves:
- Quiver Dance -  Octavia lightly performs a beautiful dance, involving turning around in circles. This boosts her offense and defense on the special side, as well as her speed.
- Bug Buzz – Octavia bats her wings to create a damaging sound wave in front of her. This has a small change of lowering the opponent’s special defense.
- Fire Blast – Octavia blasts the opponent with a powerful volley of all-consuming fire. This has a small chance of burning the opponent.
- Psychic – Octavia blasts the opponent with a strong psychokinetic force. It has a small chance of lowering the opponent’s special defense.
